Terms and Conditions
Due date:
Terms are net 30 from the date of invoice on approved credit.
Overdue Charges:
Past due accounts are subject to a 1.25% monthly service charge, and may be placed on hold if not paid in accordance to our terms. Accounts that are 60 days or more past due are placed on automatic shipping hold.
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa or Mastercard only.
C.O.D.:
COD shipments are for established customers only, and/or must be pre-approved by management.
Open Terms:
Customers with established purchasing history over a one-year period may apply for open terms. Please contact our accounting department for further details.
Return Policy:
Paperwork:
All returns must be pre-authorized and be issued an RMA # (Return Materials Authorization number).
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All returns must be accompanied with our RMA # and copies of all paperwork that was originally sent with the parts.
Inspection:
All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued.
Time Limit:
Claims for shortages, rejections or other discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of receipt of parts, or they will not be allowed, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Charges & Freight:
All returns are subject to a 15% or more restocking fee, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Fastenair will cover UPS GROUND freight charges for VALID rejections to be returned to us, and for replacements back to customer.
Stock Availability:
Stock is subject to prior sale.
Items for Export:
Fastenair does not issue, advise or assign any export information. All export requirements are the customers responsibility.
Certification Packets:
All orders are shipped with certification packets. Additional certification packets requested after shipments have been made are subject to a $25.00 MINIMUM charge.
